Our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

As each and everyone of our clients are important to us, we reserve time allocations for your booking. To that end, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice of cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This will enable us to provide one of our other clients with your time slot.

A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. All appointments are confirmed the day prior with a courtesy phone call. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or no shows will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service price.

Cancellations have a significant impact in our operations therefore need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

We take hygiene seriously.

Health, hygiene and safety measures are important to us. our number one priority is our much loved clients and team. We want to assure you that we have put clear policies in place for everyones protection.

  1. We offer hand sanitiser at our front counter for everyone to use upon arrival as well as throughout their appointment with us

  2. Every chair/station is disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant after every use

  3. Staff member’s wash their hands with soap and use hand sanitiser before starting each new clients service

Furthermore, we ask that if you are feeling unwell or have/had any flu-like symptoms we will need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our other clients and team.
