As each and every one of our clients are important to us, we reserve time-allocations for your booking. To that end, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice of cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This will enable us to provide one of our other clients with your time slot. A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. All appointments are confirmed the day prior with a courtesy text-message or phone call. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or no shows will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service price.
